A family favorite to try
I’ve found that a weekly pizza night can be a simple way to please the family and simplify life.
Perhaps you’ve tried it to?
But here’s what we gravitate to more often than your traditional pizza…
Stromboli!
I use this recipe for the crust - we double it!
Let it rise
Roll it out
Brush with garlic butter (with your favorite herbs mixed in!)
Spread with a hefty amount of Mozzarella cheese (Maybe a sprinkle of parmesan?)
Top with your favorite toppings - we generally do a combo of sausage and pepperoni!
Roll it up, tuck the sides, seal the dough
Slice a few lines across the top
Brush with butter and another sprinkle of parmesan
Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15-18 minutes
We like to dip it in ranch or marinara sauce!
A true winner for the whole family!
